"The host, Cornell, was very friendly and attentive to anything that we needed. He made the experience much better.Some of the highlights of the stay were: a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of dishware, pots, pans, glasses, etc. The bedrooms/bedding were clean and neat. The house was clean. The bathrooms were nicely renovated. There were 6 excellent heavy duty beach lounges and 2 kayaks on site. Also, the fresh water shower for body and feet was greatly appreciated so we could wash off the sand from the beach. WiFi and a nice TV were very nice as well. AC was excellent. Things that could be improved: We realize this is a remote-ish island and so everything can't be perfect. A few things on the outside could use some tidying, but all in all it was a good stay for the week."

"My wife and I loved our stay here. We walked right out the door to the beach. The beach was about a mile long and beautiful. We started our mornings drinking coffee and watching turtles. We loved the location. It was away from the hustle of Georgetown. There were two great beaches with sandbars close, Exuma Point and Coco Plum. Two of the best restaurants on the island were 5-10 minutes away, Coco Plum Bistro and Salt Restobar. The Nixon’s were great hosts. We highly recommend this spot."
