"The Sea the View Villa, only about 20 min from the GGT airport, was truly superb! As soon as you enter the front door, you can see straight through, out the back to inviting hues of blue and turquoise waters. The villa was very clean - actually pristine and fully stocked with snacks, a plethora of beach and bath towels, and kayaks and boards. The expansive back patio is loaded with plenty of lounge recliners and Adirondack chairs facing the ocean with stairs lead down directly to the beach. We truly could’ve spent the entire vacation at the villa, as it’s beach very clean with crystal clear water and soft sand. If you decide to explore, Coco Plum Beach is only 15 min north and has an amazing sandbar that’s walkable at low tide! An hours drive south and you will be at the famous Tropic of Cancer Beach - and it’s indeed worth the trip.As for food options if you’re not cooking in the villa’s fully equipped kitchen, you have the Shoreline Grill and Bar directly on the beach about 12 min north with a blackened mahi mahi burger to die for! …or Shirley’s at the Fish Fry restaurant about 18 min south with great red snapper and lobster tails.Sandra, the villas owner, was extremely welcoming and an authority on anything and everything Exuma. Best of all, she’s only an email or call away and very responsive. This villa is HIGHLY recommended !"

"The villa was a good stay. Location was awesome, almost middle of island and half way to everywhere we wanted to go. Pool was amazing to have and the outdoor space is very nice. There were several toys, blow ups, beach chairs and that was amazing. The interior of the property does show it's use and age though. The split house situation with a large family took some time to get used to, as there is not any connection between the houses without going outside. If you have a large family you would be going through someones sleeping area to get to the stairs, kitchen, and living room. Overall we are not disappointed by our decision to stay here at Casa Del Mar."

"Loved staying here! The views are stunning to wake up to each morning, and the snorkeling right in front of the house was amazing. We had to wait for a calmer day to do it, but it was beautiful. We were able to get to Cocoplum Beach in about 15 minutes, the airport in 8 minutes, and Georgetown in about 20ish minutes. Tropic of Cancer was just shy of an hour away, but worth the drive! Abby was super quick to respond, and the house was everything we would have wanted."

"This place is a gem.Absolutely amazing beach right off the deck.House has all you will need for the beach: comfy loungers, some toys. Nothing beats the views and privacy here. There are turtles living on this beach, they were always swimming by. We had such a great relaxing time here, definitely want to return, and I hope we will be able. Host Cornell is very responsible, was answering all the questions via WhatsApp without delays. It was very easy to communicate with him.House is a steal deal for the location and price.Love, love, love it."

"What an amazing stay we had. I didn’t hear a complaining from any one. The sunrises and moon rises were truly beautiful. The weather was absolutely perfect. The views are an ever changing painting from heaven. Great place to kick back and relax or run full speed ahead. Choose your style. We ran hard for 2 days then would relax for a day. That was our cycle. The Lazy River hydro bike tour with Daran is an absolute must."

"Ocean Oasis Villa at Rokers Point was everything we hoped for and more! It truly felt like a home away from home for our family of 16. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals for a large group, and the views from every window were absolutely breathtaking.We spent most of our time enjoying the pool and soaking in the incredible beauty of Exuma. The turquoise water is even more stunning in person, and the island’s friendly people made our stay even more special.A huge thank you to our concierge, Destine, who made the entire experience seamless. She helped with planning before we arrived, checked in with us throughout our stay, answered every question, and provided wonderful recommendations. Her exceptional service made our vacation stress-free from start to finish.We also highly recommend Aquaquest for a boat excursion—they were professional, fun, and one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re considering catering or an in-home chef, Dena Donuts exceeded our expectations with delicious food and outstanding service.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate and make memories with our family.
