"This was our family trip for my father-in-law‘s 70th birthday and it did not disappoint. The house is in a perfect location with a beautiful views that you’ll get nowhere else. With access to the peace and plenty I can’t imagine it being better. We were there mid July and had beach access the whole time. And our favorite part was the patio at the beachfront. We would definitely stay there again."

"This house was perfect for our family of 4 and another family of 5. The 2 masters and 2 bunk rooms fit us perfectly (even with some extra space). The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The back patio was perfect with an unbelievable view. Paddleboards, kayaks, & Corn-hole game kept us all entertained. We would definitely stay here again :) "

"This was our annual 'Family Vacation' once again in Great Exuma. We absolutely loved this home. It was so spacious, with enough room to enjoy quiet time if needed. The kids (teenagers) stayed upstairs and had their own lounging area with a TV. Us adults had the downstairs. The house was clean, well equipped, beds were comfortable, great quiet location, rooms were spacious - just an amazing house. My favorite place was out on the roomy back deck with the pool and beautiful ocean views. The owners were wonderful to deal with and the property manager was also a pleasure to work with. She always responded in a very timely manner and gave us updates if anything special was happening in Great Exuma. I will definitely book this house again. "

"I cannot say enough about this incredible home! Nicka, the house manager, was so kind and made the check in/out process so easy. The house is very clean and stocked with all the kitchen amenities you need. There is also a grill for those low-key days. Endless beach equipment- many chairs, umbrellas, rafts, paddle boards, sand toys, snorkel gear, etc. It is about a 30 minute drive to Georgetown if you are wanting to shop for groceries at Exuma Markets however, Smitty’s convenience store is closer to the house and had all of the groceries/products we needed. The location of this home is perfection- Flamingo Bay is calm and great for swimming {especially for small children}. My kids enjoyed snorkeling the reef right off the beach from the house! We saw a few sea turtles in the reef and even saw dolphins one evening about 50 yards from us! We recommend eating at Cocoplum Bistro for either lunch or dinner or both . It’s nice to have such a great restaurant within walking distance. I could go on and on about all the things we loved about this home. We hope to come back soon and BananaKeet Villa will be our first choice! "
