"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "This was our second stay in this cottage, and we had a fantastic time. The house has ideal dimensions for an outdoor holiday cottage and it contains everything you could ask for. Vicdessos is a wonderful location for an activity-based holiday, with incredible hikes within easy reach. It has good shops and an excellent market every Thursday. There is much to interest lovers of history in the immediate vicinity, and there are beautiful towns and good vinyards not far away. We hope to return soon."

"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"Everything was fantastic! The staff was very attentive and kind. The rooms were lovely, the food in both a la card restaurants was delicious and the spa was superb. We enjoyed 2 very professional full body massages. The gym was also very good. Would love to come back some time in winter for some skiing. "

Les membres du personnel sont tous très bienveillants. Chambre nickel et pt déjeuner au top!! "A great location. Sophie, the lady on reception was really lovely and let us pay to stay a bit later in the room as I felt a little unwell. We really appreciated this. We had a room high up and view of the street and the mountains. Parking was available on the streets nearby at 4.90 euros for 4 hours and free 8pm until 9am. Bring coins. Our triple room was adequate for a one night visit. Thank you to Sophie for excellent customer service "

"El apartamento fue espectacular, tanto por sus vistas de montañas como por la comodidad, espacio, y lo hogareño que era. La atención recibida en recepción también fue impecable, proceso del checkin fue rápido y ágil. El acceso directo al parking fue muy cómodo por los días lluviosos. No llegué a echar en falta nada, todo estaba mejor de lo descrito cuando lo reservé, solo cabe desacatar que aparecía que tenía plancha de ropa, pero no fue un inconveniente ya que lo pedimos en recepción y nos lo trajeron. De todas maneras, han sido muy buenos y la estancia para nosotrxs ha sido increíble y muy muy cómoda. Muchas gracias por tratarnos tan bien!"
