We had a few minor issues that were sorted with the owner without much fuss - including replacing the toaster entirely as the old one gave up on us! "The food in the pub was excellent. You can add buffet breakfast for 10GBP/day (which is actually a good price). You can walk into downtown Maidstone in about 20 minutes, but we went next to the motorway which isnt for the "faint of heart". Im sure the facilities were great (we had a club room) unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of order the days we stayed. I recommend you sign up for the rewards program and grab your free pint in the pub. "
