What a gem of a place. We had an amazing time. We loved that each room had its own bathroom. The villa is very well stocked. We loved being able to walk down to the sea for a swim with all the fish. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you for hosting.

A beautiful villa with stuning views over the sea. It is well located for beach access and popping into the local town. The villa is well appointment and clearly well cared for with exceptional attention to detail. Would definitely look to stay again.

Our new Place-to-be

We loved this place - it’s exactly as advertised and George and Stella were easily to contact and very helpful. Both are authentic hosts and we are planning to come back. It’s advised to have a rental car at hand to visit the lovely island of Creta. The house has a direct own access to the sea and the sunset to watch from the terrace or outdoor dining table is stunning.

A wonderful holiday

This house was the most perfect we have stayed in till now, and we have been in many houses. Beautifully designed, very well equipped, with unexpected much food and drink in the fridge, phantastically situated above the rocks of the sea. As there was a strong wind blowing, we could not enter the sea, but the pool completely made up for this. Half way our one weeks' stay the extremely kind owner even came to renew the beds and the towels and clean the whole house.Thank you, Anna, for all your care. We certainly plan to come again.

Perfect paradise and perfect hosts!

Absolutely stunning villa- everything you need, incredible pool, stunning sea views, path to your very own bit of sea (where luck had we swam with a turtle), a great outdoor bbq and the perfect hosts- friendly, helpful, villa fridge/utility stocked like we’ve never seen before (basics but also lots of soft drinks/ water/ lots of fresh fruits/ salad/ eggs/ beer/ wine, and cleaning provisions) and even a homemade apple pie delivered mid stay. Transfers included which was a private air conditioned vehicle (we hired car with discount from same company and it was also excellent). Area beautiful but you do need a car- spoilt for beaches- sandy and pebbles- very calm bays so safe for children, snorkelling fab, great restaurants to chose from. We did days out including the water park, beach hopping, boat hire and water sports. The perfect villa and hosts- we have had fun and fully recharged! Thank you Stella and mum!

What a beautiful location

We are very experienced villa holidaymakers and found Villa Ariana among the very best we have stayed at. It is exceptionally well equipped and stocked. Our ages ranged from 5 to 62 and there was something for everyone. We lounged by the large pool and snorkeled in the sea. The villa was comfortable with everything we needed and more. Its location is simply stunning. The owner, Stella, was always exceptionally helpful and responded quickly when contacted. We found the more local resort of Makry Gialaos a little unprepared to feed a party of 8 but we would highly recommend Mama's Soul Kitchen in Lerapetra. Overall we had a fantastic time.
