Secluded Spacious Lilli Rock Studio, Pet Friendly!

  • This family friendly studio is very private and nestled in an ancient forest and has air-conditioning. The maximum occupancies are a family with two kids. It is the best choice for guests who are looking for spacious and economical accommodations. It offers everything one needs to enjoy their stay. There is a queen size bed, a day bed, and a pull-out single bed on the main floor of the studio. The Bonus Room has a single bed and the rest makes a walk-in closet. Large front yard is a great playground for all ages. Well lit entrance with security door and full size kitchen makes you feel at home. Equipped with high speed internet (157 Mbit/s download and 11.5 Mbit/s upload Wi-Fi), the living area has HD Flat Screen, DVD player and selection of DVDs. Games available for kids and the family such as Corn Hole. Chitchat around the picnic table under the tree while watching your younger kids swing. Enjoy the sun in the front yard as you read a book from our large collection in the shade of your favorite tree. Gaze at the perfect night sky and identify stars. Sip a cup of coffee and watch the squirrels chasing each other while a family of deer might stop by and say hello. 5 minutes drive to town and restaurants. 10 minutes to many trailheads. Take a stroll on different streets to admire various cabin architectures. When it snows, it is a "Kodak Moment" .

    Long term stays are VERY welcome! If you are interested please send us a message. A washer and dryer are available, and a key would be provided to access.

    An unauthorized early check in or late check out will result in a minimum $150 fee.

    ABSOLUTELY NO GRILLING OR OUTDOOR FIRES. Due to the recent fires, we are PROHIBITED from any outdoor flames.

    EV charger Level 2 is available: PHEV $20 per charge, EV $45 per charge. For extra caution, Lysol disinfectant spray is under the sink. As many previous guests commented: "This is a great place, quite and private. Will come back and enjoy the getaway in the mountains!"
