"We enjoyed our stay with Intercontinental. The staff was great . The location is fantastic as it is near the bus station , walkable going to city centre which we love . Rooms are clean and the amazing . The highlight was the breakfast that they prepare for us when we had to check out early was something we won’t forget - intercontinental went far and beyond than we expect even the smallest detail of providing us water was exceptional and thought for . Well Done to the team. We would go back to IHG Slovenia for sure."

"Great stay with wonderful staff & fantastic breakfast. Valet parking was a absolute dream (thank you!). Rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean. Communal areas (corridors) were a bit unusual with doors that opened outwards and some decoration required but very small point. We had a very beautiful stay and look forward to returning. "

"Fabulous hotel, 2 blocks from bus station, 3 blocks from riverside. Guests are older folks like me, in a regular hotel room, and backpackers, in capsule rooms. Great breakfast (costs extra), rooftop bar with nice view of the castle. Laundry, luggage storage. We’ll be back!"

"Very convenient location. Our room on the 10th floor was very nice and quiet and had a view of downtown and the castle. The staff were all very nice and helpful. And the breakfast buffet abundant. The elevators were slow, however. Overall we would recommend this hotel, especially also since the room rate was reasonable."
