"Negatives: Certain things about the property made us question whether the cabin was previously cleaned or at best not cleaned thoroughly. The sheets had a few dirt stains on them and the bed sheets did not appear to have been changed. The sheets were wrinkled and the pillows were out of sorts which made us question whether they were previously changed. There were two half used toilet paper rolls on the back of the toilet and an empty roll on the dispenser. Maybe the cleaning crew just forgot to put the new one on, but it just seemed odd. The floor had sand and gravel pebbles throughout. Positives: The original cabin we were booked for was not ready so we were upgraded to a bigger cabin with two separate beds. That was a bonus, and we were charged the lesser price, which we appreciated. It was within walking distance of Pickleville Playhouse, which was on our list of things to do. The cabin was between the beach (6 minute drive) and the town (4 minute drive). The area was quiet, yet on the main drive. Overall, good stay. I think the cleaners need to do a better job, but we really enjoyed our stay. "

"Not only was this a gorgeous and spacious property but our hosts were so kind and accommodating. We had family and friends in town for our son’s wedding and this property was just perfect for all of us, from the extra room for each family to them graciously providing extra tables and chairs for us to host the rehearsal dinner- everything was perfect! "We had a wonderful time, thank you so much for the use of your home, having the paddle boards, chairs and tent was so nice, my only complaint was the two bikes were flat and the pinball machine was broken, the two bedrooms are really small and a little funky, again my family and I had a great time and I would love to stay here again "

"The property managers were so great & very prompt in communicating!! The home was wonderful. Plenty of space for our family. A second refrigerator would make the home all the more accommodating given the sleeping space, fridge space was tight even knowing beforehand there was just 1 fridge. The lake access was a highlight! We were a bit surprised by the closeness of neighbors & the home's actual yard size, it was not a problem per se, just wasn't obvious to us based on the listing. We would love to return for future family reunions!"
