Great front desk service, including manager. Older rooms & sheet missing on bed Expedia reservation completely messed-up and missing from their reservations. Was lucky to secure a room.

We ended staying at another hotel in the area. Up until now, Hampton Inn has always been a sure thing. I have always had excellent experiences with Hampton Inn. This was the exception. The property was tired and in need of an update. My husband and I were in Idaho Falls for a medical procedure. The Hampton was so sub par we booked with a Marriott property nearby. We did not even speak to the Hampton about this and took the hit on paying for both hotels.

I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was. I was in Idaho Falls for 3 nights and this spot was very conveniently located for what I was doing. The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfy. Overall I was impressed and would definitely stay there again.

Looking for a jetted tub - look elsewhere
Got the room for the jetted tub for date night and it was terrible. Water would not get hot I had to have the maintenance man come up and mess with it for 15 min. Awkward - and it took over 30 min to even fill the tub after it finally got hot. Bed was hard was not happy with stay. The people were nice who worked there, but the maid left a cleaning rag I. The room on the table and one in the shower, kinda gross.

This used to be one of my go-to locations. I've given it positive reviews in the past. This site has really suffered in the last year and is in serious need of a refresh. Doors that don't shut, faucets installed backwards, etc. Lot of patched holes and such. The glass shower doors were pretty gross, but the rest of the room seemed clean. AC unit has reached an age where it now roars like a jet. I travel 100+ days a year, and the pillows won the worst of 2023 award. It's still a great location, I hope they give it the love it desperately needs.

The beds are NOT pillow top, at least not in room 320. They’re so hard. Main reason why I chose this hotel was exactly for the beds or I would have stayed next door at the Holiday Inn.
