Such a fun concept! Being in hospitality management i expect a lot from hotel stays and Destinations Inn definitely ranks up there as one of the top places! The rooms were immaculate and updated and I absolutely loved the cheesecake in the fridge waiting for us! Wr absolutely loved it!

It was excellent and we loved the jacuzzi tub after along day of driving. I would recommend some steps to get into it easier.

I hated the parking that was hardly available had to move car a bunch and no stairs into the tub hardly could hear the tv and could hear the tubs and other water in the rooms above us and next to us and the room was alot smaller than the pictures

Staff and area were both great. Was at first a little concerned that the "theme" sort of stuff might be tacky, but it was very tastefully done. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great Themed Hotel in southern Idaho
An absolute gem if you're looking for the themed room experience. Since it is in town it does not have a dedicated parking lot but there is ample safe parking yards away. Walking distance to a beautiful park and the man-modified Idaho Falls.

What a great property! We stayed in the Alaska Room and it was wonderful. They delivered that night a continental breakfast for the morning. It’s so quiet and peaceful here.

Love this place! The pictures do NOT do it justice at all, The room is gorgeous! Such a fun unique place with so many little personal touches. I cannot rave enough about how much I love this place! The only negative is that I only booked one night. I cannot wait to come and check out the other themes (I stayed in the England room, complete with a draw bridge and a bathroom hidden behind a bookshelf!) Great place, great stay.

Bad whirlpool tub.
This is an interesting hotel. Different themes. The whirlpool was so deep and slippery that it was almost impossible to get out. My wife actually hurt her right side as she slipped. There was almost nothing to hold onto. Will not stay again.

Loved the room. Getting in and out of the tub was a little tough. The bed was so comfortable. Enjoyed relaxing and watching the big tv. The cheesecake was a plus!!

The room was very plain and small the theme was Alaska I don’t recommend that particular suite.. The bathtub had hairs and dirt with a ring around it.. the sheets were not fresh and it had a rancid smell!! What a waist of my money!!

Wonderful hotel
Staff was very nice, room was super clean and comfortable and the location is convenient to restaurants both in downtown Idaho Falls and those close to I-15. My wife and I stayed in the Alaska room and the shower/bathtub/spa is in the middle of the bedroom without curtains. If you are traveling with children I would suggest checking first to see if the showers in the other rooms are private.

The idea of it was fun. We checked in after 4pm. The room was nice but way too loud, with the water pipes from the bathrooms and tubs and jets going on in the other room? We didn’t stay, and ended up leaving around 8pm.

The pictures don’t lie ! The room was huge and lovely ! Very fun theme room hotel !!! Highly recommend this hotel ! We were too tried from being on a road trip to use the in room sauna or giant tub but would have been fun !!!

Don’t judge this place by the exterior. It’s an older building, but they have done a great job with remodeling the interior. The room was awesome! We stayed in the “Alaska” room. It was great! Would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for leaving a review. Our Alaska room is the smallest and most affordable. We recently replaced the flooring to wood tile which looks very nice. We look forward to your next visit- I suggest trying our the Rome room (the most expensive room) to experience both ends of the spectrum at the hotel!

We enjoyed the themed room and the extra features which are not available in a standard hotel room (two person tub, large tv, various lighting settings, king bed, additional relaxation packages for purchase). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overal the hotel was cute and the stay made for a great get away.

Egyptian vs NYC
We stayed in the Egypt suite this last stay. We enjoyed it...but liked the New York City suite much better from the previous week. The NYC design hit the mark 100%, where the Egyptian one was a little lacking (our opinion). It was a nice room...just not worth the added cost. Save some $$ and stay in NYC...you won't get mugged at this one.

Amazing!! We stayed in the Athens and New York rooms. The attention to detail was fabulous. The jet tub was relaxing, snd the New York room also had a steam shower. Complimentary cheesecake each night. Delicious breakfast delivered to your room in the morning.

Nice Hotel. Don’t let the outside fool you. Inside lobby and room was beautiful. We stayed on a Saturday Night. A little surprised to find out after we checked in that there would be NO Hotel staff that evening or the next morning for check out. We were given instructions and left the next morning to a empty Hotel.

Although the front desk closes at 10pm each night, we have night managers who live on site and are able to answer the phones at any time of the night, as well as deliver items to the rooms throughout the night. It was a great get away! The England room was so fun, fantastic decor. I loved the unique bookcase door to the bathroom area. I got my castle with great modern comfort. Couldn’t be happier!
