Charming cozy cottage on historic numbered streets

This delightful home is a comfy, clean place to unwind, relax and enjoy a restful night sleep in the king bed, two queen beds and a double bed.
After the keypad entry, you will find a place to put your shoes in a wooden shoe tray just inside the door. The entire house is renovated and very nicely decorated. You will find hardwood floors throughout the main level and hexagon-tiled floors in the kitchen. Downstairs is wall-to-wall new carpeting. On the main floor is a kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms; downstairs are two more bedrooms and a laundry room. The neighborhood is very quiet. In the back you will find a large tree in the center with a tree swing, covered patio with a gas grill and a beautifully manicured lawn, which is fully fenced. Three cars will easily fit in the driveway with another on the street if needed. Overall a very wonderful place to stay!
There are 2 dressing tables in 2 of the bedrooms for multiple areas to get ready.

We `ve had a very nice stay in this house! We enjoyed sitting in the patio and had a nice BBQ! Everything was clean and the washingmachine and dryer were awesome!

We absolutely loved this place! It was so cute and so clean! My kids favorite part was the laundry chute! It was exactly as described. The neighborhood was cute and friendly, felt safe. We enjoyed relaxing in the shady backyard. It was close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

My best friend and I stayed here for an early flight out of Idaho Falls. It was cute and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Host was above and beyond helpful and communicative. Will definitely book again!

Beautiful well kept home in a family oriented neighborhood. This home is pristine inside and out. The host is very attentive and communicative. Check in was like home. Just unlock the door with your personal code and make yourself at home. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and comfy

We stayed here one night while visiting family in the area. This place was spotless! It even smelled nice when we walked in. It was also warm and cozy which is key in Idaho Falls in the winter. Beds were comfy, everything was perfect. The neighborhood is very cute and safe. Easy access to the downtown area where there are cute shops and we got great coffee. I do recommend bringing an eye mask if you are sensitive to light when sleeping. There are lots of amazing windows and there’s a street light outside so the master room stayed pretty bright all night. We will absolutely be back next time we are in town!

Great for families

We stayed here on our way back from a family reunion and it was great! Super clean, decorated beautifully and fantastic fenced in backyard for little kids to run around! Beds were cozy. We found everything absolutely charming. There was even a pack and play in the closet so I didn't have to pull mine out. We stayed in three different VRBOs on this trip and this was by far the cleanest! (Which is a big deal because the other two were clean too)

Idaho Falls Conference

We enjoyed our stay. The printed signs in the house explaining how to work things were helpful. Beds were comfortable enough, house was decorated nicely that felt cozy. the only thing that was a little bit of a bummer was we came in late at night and the next morning the coffee can was empty and we didn’t have a car😬. Otherwise great place to stay and would stay again.

We loved this cottage! So cozy and clean. Clear instructions on how to use AC, etc. Smart TV for watching movies. There were pans, dishes, etc in the kitchen. Covered patio with a grill and grassy, fenced in backyard. The neighborhood was beautiful and we were minutes away from lots of fun things to do snd see. Very fair pricing! We would return in the future!

Visit To Idaho Falls Meet New Nephew

Pros: *The owners were friendly and quick to answer our questions ahead of time. *Loved all the little labels that gave instructions and they were well thought out *Water in the fridge was great when we arrived! *The girls loved having all their own little spaces/beds *Air conditioners in rooms upstairs and also fans available as needed was great *Someone mentioned thr tub being slippery, there's a mat! What I wish was different: *Our family is very fragrance free so the plug-ins were overpowering and it seemed like there was an underlying smell of smoke? In their defense, I should have asked before i booked just to be sure! I know not everyone is fragrance free! *It would have been a nice touch to have something local as a welcoming touch but Im definitely a gifter and thats not a must! *I should have probably asked ahead of

charming little bungalow

We had a bit of trouble getting in, as the instructions we were sent left out one important step, however, I was able to call the owner and left a message, when I called her back about 30 minutes later she answered and we were able to problem solve the situation. the house was very well furnished and comfortable, the beds were divine! The weather was very cool and so we did not need any air conditioning, as we only saw one room that had it on the ground floor, however there were plenty of fans to share around. The only thing that I was sketchy on was all the flimsy throw rugs. We were a bunch of over 66 year olds, and they slide all over the place. We just pushed them under the couches and took them away and all was good. This is so close to everything. Young families would love it, the stairs for us oldies but goodies could get tiresome. We only stayed for the one night. Bring house slippers as they want you to remove your shoes in the house.
