This was a perfect place for our stay. We were only there one night, but it would've been great for a longer time. We were all adults, but a great layout for a family with kids.

Amazing Stay!

This townhome is very clean, well organized and comfortable! Super value for a very reasonable price! Plenty of space - we were in Ammon for a family funeral and this unit gave us a setting of peace and respite. Highly reccommend!

Beautiful townhome, quiet area and super clean

We had a blast and were very please with our accommodations. Having garage access to park was a plus for the colder weather and immediate access to unload and load up easily. Thank you!

Clean and comfortable

We were in town for a youth competition at Watersprings Church. We came in late and left early. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the home was very comfortable.

Loved it.

It is a nice looking place. There was a playground for the kids right outside the door and plenty of room for both families that stayed there. Location was right next to restaurants and the zoo so we couldn't be happier. My only complaint would be there is no curtains in the bedroom, only blinds, so it was lighter than I like to wake up to but not a deal breaker.

Nephew wedding

Worked great for our family. Plenty of room. Kids loved the playground right outside our front door. Our only complaints were the very limited supply of shampoo, conditioner and body wash and the toilet paper was the thinnest paper we have ever used.

Ammon townhome

We enjoyed our stay and found the place neat and clean. A couple of suggestions: We had 4 grandchildren with us and would have appreciated child friendly plates, bowls, and cups. Also, there were no clocks in the rooms and no bath soap or body wash in the showers. Last thing, there were no instructions on how to open and close the garage manually. It would have been helpful to have a code. All that being said, the place was lovely and we enjoyed staying there.

Beautiful with 1 complaint

Cute and plenty of space for our family. Biggest complain and it’s a pretty important one, at least it was to us. First night only 2 people were able to shower before the water turned cold so we reached out and found out it’s only a 50 gallon tank for a place that sleeps 12. Since it was cold in Idaho when we stayed this was a turn off for us. We had to shower at families house which defeats the purpose of having our own space. Owners were quick to respond with the initially issue but no response after that. Not that they could do another for us at that point but shouldn’t have charged the full cost in my opinion if you can’t provide a place for the group to all shower with hot water.

Very Nice!!!!

We were in town for a hockey tournament and needed somewhere a little larger than a hotel. This home did not disappoint!!! With a family of 5, staying in a hotel can be super uncomfortable...or you have to book two rooms and pay double. This home ended up being about the same cost, a little less, than two hotel rooms. It was super clean, brand new and very comfortable!! The kitchen had everything we needed...almost:)...maybe adding a couple bigger frying pans would be a good move. You could tell that everything was new though...from the kitchen utensils to the bedding. Very, very pleased with our stay!!! There is a small playground right outside of the space, which our kids LOVED to play on. The grill space is also right outside the door, which was convenient. I personally appreciated the inside parking and in the laundry space:)! The beds were firm, but comfortable...we all slept great!! We absolutely will be back next Idaho Falls tournament!! THANK YOU!

Nice new property

The property was nice and new and very clean which was a great plus. It was also in a great location to where we needed to be. There are some improvements that could make it more comfortable. All the toilet paper was stored on the first floor in the pantry and that should be in each bathroom so you’re not stuck without toilet paper upstairs when you really need it. It would be nice to have a portable fan since there are no ceiling fans in the rooms. The master bedroom was stuffy at night even though we had the thermostat turned down to 67°. The two other bedrooms were actually cold, because wind was coming through the windows even though the windows were closed. So it was hard to get a good medium temperature good for everyone. The nice big fluffy blankets came in very handy and we really appreciated those. It would be good to have lamps in the bedrooms that offered USB ports for charging purposes. Some of the plugs were behind the beds and was not really very accessible to plug-in a phone. When we arrived, we couldn’t find towels or washcloths that’s because they were still in the dryer, and had not been folded or put in the bathrooms. There was also a used water bottle in one of the bedrooms on the nightstand which tells me that room wasn’t cleaned. It would’ve also been good to have had Kleenexes in each bathroom. Our biggest concerns were the beds were very hard, very firm mattresses, which made it difficult to sleep.
