Please keep in mind that while this VRBO is completely private with its own separate entrance, there is another VRBO in the basement of the home with an entrance on the side. Neither share any interior spaces whatsoever, however they do
Share the fully-fenced back yard and its amenities like the Hot tub and Grill.
Some wooden toys, rocking horse, books, and boardgames for the kids are upstairs to help parents get some quiet time to rest while the kids play. There are also 2 baby gates in the home, to help those parents with toddlers.
Other things to note
We have an updated HVAC unit in this wonderful mid century home, that is controlled through Wifi and the Amazon Echo in the workout room. We typically keep the temperature at 70 degrees but we are happy to accommodate temperature changes with a quick text or message through the app from guests as well. :)
