"It was an ok stay but the price and the nickel and diming is a bit much. The toilet was plugged but I figured out a way to use the bathroom sink to get it unplugged. One of the coffee carafes was empty and the other was a bit warmer the luke. The butt box connected to the wall right at the door next to the parcade is pretty disgusting, it was on a smoldering fire for hours. The service was great from all staff Overall ok but could use a few improvements"

"Brenda the mngr gave me a rm that was out of order. It smelt so bad I’d get ill/headache. When I asked for a new rm, there was none & they didn’t care. The maintenance man said the rm was out of order because of a flood they had in the bathroom & wasn’t supposed to be given out & he said Brenda knew that. Maintenance said he wouldn’t stay there either. Since nowhere else in the area had rooms available we had to cancel the rest of our weekend plans and just drive 4 hours hm at 11pm. The rest of the place was run down & not clean also. The bathroom towels didn’t even work. Staff didn’t seem to care either. Clearly this place just wants your money & don’t care about the property. I would never come back & wouldn’t recommend this place. We got tired after an hr of driving & found a super 8. They had a room so we took it but it was also very run down and not a clean place either. Then I found out at check out, it was also a property of Wyndham. I will never stay at another Wyndham again. I mean what the heck do they spend their money on?? Clearly not the properties and it goes in some CEOs pocket that doesn’t care."

"Our room was very clean and beds were super comfortable. The hotel has a large outdoor patio with a great view of the river and access to the rec path. It’s also within walking distance to everything you'd want to do, see and eat downtown. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a great restaurant and Starbucks on-site as well!"

"The front staff employees were great. Zero complaints with that. However, my room had enough women’s hair in my bed and shower to make a full grown wig for someone. There’s no parking, so you have to park across the street at the airport parking lot. But, the awesome front desk staff let us park our motorcycles up front overnight."
