"I stay in VRBOs (and the other company) A LOT! This stay was the absolute best! The Host was the perfect amount of "included in my stay!" If that makes any sense. She went above and beyond and I hope I get to stay again! The location is perfect for travel and to get a here in the city. It's right off the highway. The neighborhood and neighbors were awesome as well!"

"We had an issue with this home not having the swimming pool available for our stay. Toshi Stay transfered everything to the farm house in Wannette OK. We could not have been happier with the change in location. Everything was totally perfect. If there was an issue, it was addressed quickly. There was so much for our family to do while we were there. We couldn't have asked for more!"

"Wow, not even sure where to begin. 1st the communication was terrible. Honestly there was none, I tried asking for a few days prior to checking in about extending the stay. Zero response and if there was a response it was an automated message. I did get a “I’m checking on it” at 10:00am the day before checkout and never heard anything. At 5:00pm I decided to just book another day and incur all the extra fees as it was a new booking instead of just an additional day to the original booking. Fast forward to checkout time and still nothing from this property manager as a The house is promoted as pet friendly but the yard was not conducive for my small dog. The backyard was overgrown with nothing but weeds - taller than my dog so I had to take her on walks which was not ideal as I did not feel safe as a woman walking at night in the neighborhood. End of March I would expect the grass to have been cut and weeds treated. But nope -And the amount of bugs this attracted. You open the back door to the yard and nothing but bugs fly in. So let’s just say sleeping at night knowing there are flies and bugs all around was not ideal. The welcome email said to enjoy using things like salt, oil, etc so I didn’t bring any. There was NO salt, oil or etc at all in the house. Keep looking, I could get by with the house being as is but the zero communication when you reach out to the manager is not OK zero service mindset. "

"Lisa was so kind to accommodate a late booking for me, my partner, and two of his family members. The neighborhood is fairly central. The apartment complex is a little dated, but the apartment itself was roomy with plenty of space to cook, relax, and have individual privacy. There was very little sound bleeding in from outside. The unit has windows facing the road/entrance to the property, so there is light from the lampposts outside, but all you have to do is draw the shades. There were a couple of dusty surfaces, which didn't bother me, but in my efforts to make sure we left the space neat, I found some cereal/snack pieces as well as an abandoned child's sock under the furniture. Overall, Lisa was quick and kind to communicate with answers to our questions and in the unit, she offers everything you could need to make coffee and a small breakfast for yourself. I would recommend this space to anyone spending a few nights exploring OKC!"
