"Communication from booking was great. Arrival instructions great. The house was lovely, everything you needed was there. First impressions clean, securely gated complex and quiet.This complex is brand new but sadly has the potential to go downhill very quickly. "No AC. Must pay for use of fan. Deposit for fan, tv remote, and noise. There were cockroaches. They didn't tell us that we wouldn't get cleaning on 2nd day (nor garbage pickup). Noisy from street if you keep windows open at night. Nice pool but no pool towels. Not enough outlets. Location is close to bus stop, grocery store and Siam Mall. We won't stay there again."
