Nice apartment hotel with an excellent washer/dryer that was easy to operate and actually dried our clothes. The only downside is the lack of any type of hotel services, especially no coffee machine in the room or available in the lobby. There were also pans but no cooktop to use them. Price was a bit high but the room was relatively big.

Room very clean, very nice Ryokan, however once we checked in iterally there was 0 staff usually available for anything. We had questions regarding how to dispose of our garbage and questions one day about no running hot water, there were explanation sheets but 0 personal available which for we had never experienced before.
The laundry service in the room was helpful but again we had to use google translate to figure it out because there was usually no one around.

One of, if not the top, hotel experience I have ever had. Phenomenal hospitality, and a truly unique and lovely atmosphere. Food was spectacular as well.
