There are, to my way of thinking, no real staff, at least at the front desk. Everything is computerised. This did not bother me, but it might some people.
The hotel is in a good area, and perfectly comfortable. My difficulty is that one does not control the temperature in one's room. I found it quite hot, and would have welcomed air conditioning. As a result, I slept far less than I would have liked.
