The service at the milkhouse needed a bit of training in both hospitality and expediting. But overall a huge recommend and we will be returning"

"Our stay at Zermatt Spa & Resort has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality has been over the top and beyond. Every smile, every welcome, and every act of care made us feel like family — not just guests. What touched me most was how much love they showed my daughter, who turned 3 on 11/23. They made her birthday unforgettable! They sang “Happy Birthday,” extended her celebration for 9 more hours, gifted her balloons, a birthday tiara, and even more surprises. She couldn’t stop smiling and saying, “This is the best birthday ever!” My heart was so full. A huge thank you to Glenda, Austin, the receptionist team, Engineering, the Chef & Waiter, the Sparkle Crew, and the incredible General Manager, Scott. "This is a great property for large groups/families. The sitting areas and kitchen table were great for hanging out, eating and playing games. There was so much to do at the house - outside pool, hot tub, playset, beautiful mountain views, and pickleball! The house was close to Midway, Heber and Provo Canyon. We would definitely stay again.
