From the check-in till my departure afyer 10 nights stay. everything was absolutely amazing. Property is very clean, room was very comfortable, had an amazing view of Namsan and the tower a the top. Daily housekeeping was great and always resupply of bottled water. Front desk was very friendly. also helped me booking a taxi at 4 am, make it super easy for me. Will definitely stay at N285 next time I visit Seoul. Location is fantastic, connecting you to any area, be it walking or subway ride. Highly recommend!!!

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Didn't really have much interaction with the staff. No traditional front desk but a kiosk, which a staff member assisted without being asked to and was completed in approx a minute. The rooms are clean with just enough size and amenities. Really liked the fact coffee was only a few steps away from my door and hot water dispenser in the room for tea. Five stars all around for the value. Better than 4 star we were at the nights prior. Best thing was its right in the middle of the shopping area with no noise heard at night.

The location is centrally located and easy accessed to transits. Rooms were well kept, comfortable and clean. Breakfast were great; esp they also offered breakfast pack to go when we had an early tour. Would defiantly recommend!

The location is few blocks from Myeong Dang and feels safe to walk to the evening bazaars. The room is small. Hardly any space to walk on the side of the bed. I had to get on bed from bottom of bed. There is really no lobby. There is no coffee facility in room either. The check out time extension is charged by the hour. If your visit falls on Sunday and Monday no museums are open and they can not book you for DMZ due to marathons etc. That is what the only one person at desk told me. She did not know much about town or events.
