ひとり旅、一泊二日で利用しました。建物は古いですが、従業員さんたちの対応はよく、きちんと教育されている印象です。 お食事も食べきれないくらい出てきます。私はお酒は飲めませんが、お酒好きな方には飲み放題は嬉しいと思います。交通の便が悪いですが、ホテルのバスもあるので、そちらを利用させていただきました。また機会があったら利用したいと思います。

雷の影響で現在部屋でWi-Fiが使えないのは非常に困った ただスタッフの皆さんは親切でとても心地が良かったし、清掃も行き届いてる上に、景色も最高だった 大浴場もとても快適で、Wi-Fiが使えないのも許せるくらい素敵なホテルだった また指宿に来た際は泊まりたい

19時に2回ホテルに電話してもつなからない。温泉の効能を浴室内部に掲示して欲しい。 脱衣所の揺れる椅子は不用、長椅子を置いて欲しい。浴槽の温度は入口ではなく、それぞれの浴槽に掲示して欲しい。加湿器を置いて欲しい。テレビが小さすぎるのでは。

着いた時からチェックアウトまで、レセプションの方々がいつも感じよく素敵なホテルでした。 更に、今回こちらの不注意で忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、夜中にも関わらず大変親身になって探してくださったり、見つかってからも素早く対応していただき、本当に感謝しています。 他の口コミにある様に確かに古いですが、清潔で手入れは行き届いている様に見えます。 部屋からの景色も良く、プールも楽しめましたし、砂風呂もとても気持ちよかったです。 おすすめします！

ホテルは見た目古い感じで設備も一昔前のように感じる。しかし温泉や砂風呂も有りホテルで完結出来る。 残念なのは、朝起きたらたまたまかも知れないが、有りがたくさん侵入して来ていた事が気になる。

和室で古いなぁと思いましたが、砂蒸し温泉は最高に気持ちよかったし、温泉もGood❣️3人同室だったので洗面、風呂、トイレ別々なのは良かった。朝食美味しかったのですが、鶏飯があるのが感激でしたし、美味しかったです 旅の最終宿、ゆったり出来ました。 外国人のスタッフも応対が良くて気持ち良く過ごせました😊

今回、息子の誕生日で、泊らせて頂きました。 ホテルのレストランで、お食事を予定していたのですが、修学旅行とかさなり、残念でした。 お部屋に、サイダーとバースデーカードを届けて頂きました。 施設自体はかなり古いですが、スタッフの対応がとてもよかったです。 近くには、スーパーがあり良かったです。 ありがとうございます。

ホテル自体の印象はよく、スタッフの対応もよい。大浴場が23時で終了するので飲んで帰ってきた後に入れないのが残念。部屋は大浴場ありきの設備だからか部屋のシャワールームはいまいち。砂蒸し風呂は非常に満足。朝ご飯も美味しい。
