I booked the incorrect property in an opposite direction that i was traveling and contacted the staff immediately after, but they refused the cancelation. My fault at first sure, but they should give a refund if you aren't staying there.

The caretaker greeted us in the driveway and helped bring our bags up to the house. We were given a briefing on the house and property and go to ask questions.
