"Everything was fine; the only issue we had is that every time the elevator arrives at the floor, it makes a sound that can be heard inside the room. One night, around 3:00 a.m., the elevator sounded more than three times, and the next day at 6:00 a.m. it happened again. If it were possible to silence that sound, make it softer, or even change the doors of the rooms, it would make the stay much more pleasant."
