"Very well located, this property was perfect for our needs. We rode e-bikes up to Workum via Hindeloopen...very nice ride which we would strongly recommend. The property itself is ultra-nice...very clean. Ben has thought of everything...he is a thoughtful and helpful owner. And the artwork inside is a big plus. "I stayed here for a conference so the location was excellent. My booking stated deluxe room but it was just a large room; I thought breakfast was included but it wasn't. The mattress was saggy and the lighting was awful - tiny bedside lights or dim overhead lights - no table lamp for working. The bathroom was so dark it was very difficult to apply or remove makeup - better lighting is essential. It was also noisy late at night on the street frontage sides of the hotel. But, it was clean and the staff were very nice."

"Over all very nice. Only we had a lot of difficulties with the lock of the door. It should have been demonstrated how to use this type of lock. After being outside for a while a maintenance fella came and figured it out for us. "

"Perfect houseboat vacation. We loved the boat, ever so slightly swaying at the front of the boat, but couldn't feel it in the beds, made us at home and relaxed. Very clean and appropriately appointed for our needs of eating out or cooking in (grocery store right across the canal, a 2 minute walk). The town is lovely to walk around or bike. We happened to be in town during a June parade and loved the experience. We ate at two local restaurants that were delicious. We enjoyed the kayak and stand up paddleboards in the canals for most of a day (definitely recommend). Can't wait to come back. "
