The two bedroom suite was perfect for us as a family of five. Our two boys had a large bed each to themselves, we had a super king size, and the staff kindly brought a single bed for our daughter to use in the large open plan dining area. The kitchen was perfect for our needs, lots of storage (a huge fridge/freezer) and easy to use microwave and oven. The location was perfect with a short walk to the subway and shops so we could get breakfast supplies, bottles of water and snacks. After full days of walking it was great to relax on the sofa or sit at the dining table. Super location as it was quiet for the evening but only a short walk to nearby restaurants, pubs and shops. We’d highly recommend for larger families rather than booking two hotel rooms which we usually do on holiday.

Since we know the city we have chosen the hotel location, as such the location was great as it’s centrally located to reach different parts of the city in comfortable manner. Staff were kind and helpful with check-in and check-out arrangements. The area that has ample room for improvement is the breakfast, which fell short to satisfy. As an Expedia Platinum member, I was entitled to free breakfast for 2. Upon check-in I received 24 PVIP vouchers for the 12 nights I had booked. I ended up returning 13 of those vouchers upon check-out and explained to the receptionist that we didn’t use them due to the dissatisfactory experience which made us prefer to buy breakfast outside the hotel after the first four days, we were three guests. This remark is meant to help the hotel improve this area to complement an other wise good stay and experience.
