We could not fault this hotel, it was exquisite. From arrival to departure, the staff went above and beyond! My only complaint is that this hotel appears to be a preferred destination of a specific nationality who I observed to be rude and disrespectful to the thai staff on multiple occasions which I did find a little distressing to watch.
