"When we arrived at the hotel the room seemed nice. There was a small sofa and kitchen area and then the next room was the bedroom and the bathroom. When I looked in the kitchen cabinets, there was absolutely nothing in any of them. The kitchen had a full-size refrigerator and a full-size range, but no plates, silverware, cups or anything in the kitchen. Going back to the bathroom I found that the toilet had not been cleaned. We had to leave to go somewhere and later I received a call from a friend who was staying at the same hotel. When they got to their room, they found poop on the bathroom floor and on the toilet seat. The sheets that were on the bed had blood, hair, and crumbs on them and when checking the beds in our room, we also found hair on the sheets. When I first asked for a refund, I was told they would not give a refund for the first night. We had already paid for two nights. When I called Expedia, they were very helpful and after they called the hotel, they said we would get a full refund. We did not stay either night at that hotel."

"A charming cabin. Lovely porch, for pit and right on the creek. There is a ton to do near by for the family - hiking, fishing, bike path, playgroundOur hosts were very responsive and thorough in their instructions. "

The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with communication from start to finish.The property itself is stunning, with an amazing panoramic view of the surrounding ridges. Enjoying morning coffee on the deck as the sun rose over the mountains was absolutely spectacular — easily the highlight of our trip.The location strikes the perfect balance: beautifully off the beaten path for peace and quiet, yet still close enough to town for convenient access to restaurants and groceries.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return!"

"The water pressure was a problem all week. Showers would shut off every time for a few minutes then come back on. The sinks were the same. I feel the game room and third bathroom should be more clearly defined as a detached building. The view and outdoor spaces were incredible! "
