"The owners are kind and sweet and accommodating. Brittany is a rockstar!! The hotel is under renovation so very rudimentary. The price is quite low in comparison to other hotels so don’t expect what you’d get at an average hotel (Marriott, Best Western, Hyatt, etc.) including air conditioning (in some rooms). The beds were very comfortable with clean sheets. I love what they’re trying to do here. Best of luck with the continuing improvements!"

"Wonderful location right on Pine Creek, set back from the road and very relaxing. We like to travel with our dog so it was wonderful that he was permitted to join us! The PA Rail Trail is just steps away and offers a safe location to walk for both humans and pets. The initial arrival was somewhat confusing as there are 2 buildings on the same property. This one cannot be seen from the parking area but it is 50 yards to the left. The host provides garden carts to help transport luggage, etc. I believe it is time for a little TLC - some paint on the interior & a deep cleaning of the carpets & furniture which are showing their wear would give a nice fresh feeling to the space. Functional kitchen with utensils, plates, cups, etc. provided. Be sure to bring sugar, oil, coffee filters, etc. as these items are not supplied. A dining table in lieu of the provided island would be a nice swap for families when the weather does not permit eating outdoors. The bathroom has wonderful water pressure - a must for us when traveling. All in all a lovely escape & we would love to return to again. Thanks for having us!"

"The place was very clean. I was impressed. Excellent spot right on the creek. And if you got hungry, you can walk next-door. Jason, the owner, was very responsive to my texts. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay in the Waterville area. Also, the beds were fantastic.!!! and the couches were nice too. They provided free firewood, which was awesome because we had campfires every night that we were there."

"Stayed here overnight because it was close to the lake start of our triathlon. It’s not pretty from the outside, looks like an old motel, but the unit was clean, the a/c and tv worked, and it was great to have kitchen facilities to make oatmeal and prep race nutrition (bring your own bowls, utensils, etc, per their online guidance). No staff on site, but instructions for accessing the unit were clearly communicated via a texted video."
