"Staff was very nice. Room was so hot could not sleep. About 80 degrees. Went to front desk and they gave me a broken box fan bc they were all out of regular fans. I asked to talk to a manager and there wasn't one available. The front desk said they would call or email, they never followed up. Hot tub was out of order, why can't they mention that when booking? The breakfast area is in an odd place and very sparse. "

"Excellent staff! Friendly, helpful. Everywhere I went, from check-in to check-out was spotless. The room, the pool, the exercise room, the laundry area, the breakfast lobby. The entire place was clean and fresh. Happy to have stayed there, and plan to stay there again"

"I enjoyed the breakfast. It included making your own waffles, yogurt, juices, cereal, muffins, bagels, eggs, and another meat. Staff was nice. Parking can be a little tight but it’s free and has spots for EV. Plenty of handicap parking near the front door. Room was clean and smelled nice. Housekeeping will come to your room but it will need to be requested. Not a big deal, just thought people would like to know that. There is a Denny’s attached to the hotel. That Dennys is garbage and super dirty. Was given coffee in a dirty coffee mug that had what looked like was a tomato based sauce crusted near the top. The beds are super hard (and much I know is subjective because everyone has a different comfort to in bed firmness). It was so hard I continued waking up with back pain and I don’t have back problems."

"The hotel was clean and the room well maintained.it was quiet. The breakfast was a decent portion and variety. The front desk staff was not forthcoming with information. I needed the airport shuttle and had previously asked how often it ran. I was only told, it ran every hour on the hour. When I checked out and inquired about the shuttle I was told I wasn't on the shuttle list. No one told me about a list. Then the front desk worker called the shuttle driver, who was sitting outside in the empty shuttle, to asked if he had time to drop me off. It was 5 min before the hour. If he runs at the top of the hour why shouldn't he have time? The driver was polite and had good conversation but did mention to me that he was doing me a favor since I wasn't on the list. How are you at work, during your scheduled hours, and doing me a favor by assisting me in your job capacity, during the time I was told that you would be available? I stayed because it was close to the airport with shuttle and breakfast. I travel quite often and this was probably the least favorite service oriented stay in awhile."

"There were many highlights from my stay. The Staff were so accommodating to me, kudos. I believe the front staff I first came in contact her name was Leticia was tremendous. Everyone was great. The hotel has been transformed since my last stay in December, WOW, nice atrium and room. Thanks, I shall return."
