"The Saga Hotel is a hidden gem in Oslo. It’s within walking distance to the city, yet in a lovely, quiet area. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Breakfast is wonderful. We felt safe and welcomed! It was so nice knowing we were going back to this lovely hotel after a day of sight seeing!! "
"We stayed in a large studio for 3 nights on the second floor. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and accessible. Showers had good water pressure and ran hot, the bathroom was large enough to move around, had a fan, large windows, and closet space, and great L’occitaine amenities.
The only minor thing would be the shower stall, it’s quite small, though common in Europe.
The location is lovely, and walking around frogner is a visually stunning experience. "

Holmsbu Church is just one of the places to see in Holmsbu, so why not enjoy the other things to explore during your travels? Stroll along the marina or visit the spas while you're in the area.
"It’s close to train station, we did not have to take a taxi from the trains station, we just crossed the street. It is also close to the cruise port where we took Baltic cruise through NCL, it’s a 10 min walk from the hotel. The room is clean and amenities are excellent.
The only thing I did not like is the door lock, they did not tell us upon check in that when you leave your room, you have to tap your card so the door locks and we just discovered it after a few tries making sure our door is closed when we left our room.
It is so close and walkable to the tourist attractions. Close to restaurants and shopping. I would stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Oslo."
"The hotel was fine . The rooms are basic but adequate for a stay in oslo . You won't spend much time in it anyway. The tram station is right outside for easy access to the center. Buying an oslo card is a must . Transport museums are then free . "
"Breakfast was excellent. Elevators were way too small for the number of rooms. I find the price to be high for the level of hotel. I am paying less for a full service Sheraton in Stockholm."
