Fake booking and fake hotel

When I arrived at hotel, the hotel say we don’t have a booking. They do not have a contract with hotel and the booking we done was fake. After 40mins of arguments they finally gave a room as walk in guests The rooms has no air exchanges, furniture smells terrible, bathrooms were stinky, restaurant and food was pathetic, the staff was like in jail, the hotel inside is like central prison If someone want to have prison experience, he can go and try this hotel. Because of hygiene conditions I fall sick If someone wants to fall sick, go to this hotel. Fake booking, Fake people Fake treatment Dirty rooms Waste food served Cheating while booking and check in Fake pictures published online How the reputed company Iike hotels.com do this to us?
