![Hussain Sagar is a heart shaped lake in Hyderabad built by Ibrahim Quli Qutub Shah in 1563, during the rule of Ibrahim Quli Qutub Shah. It is spread across an area of 5.7 square kilometers and is fed by River Musi. A large monolithic statue of the Gautama Buddha, erected in 1992, stands on Gibraltar Rock in the middle of the lake. It also separates Hyderabad from its twin city Secunderabad.[1] The maximum depth of the lake is 32 feet

Staff was good. We checked in late night. They didn't have our reservation. They accepted our email confirmation. They gave us a room that was in a building full of construction and dust. It did not match the pictures on the site. Internet did not work. Next day they shifted us to their main building which matched the room pictures in the website. Elevator was not working for one day. . Internet started working in the new room. Next day toilet sped flushing. They took care of it. Last day, AC conked out. By the way, I thought they had a swimming pool. We didn't see it anywhere.
Good thing is that the management is very polite. They respond to any complaint quickly. What they need is better investment in proactive maintenance. They need to make excellent customer experience top priority. The property has lots of potential.
