This is a newly established hotel and convention centre. Rooms were clean and set up perfectly for a short stay. The staff and owner were very courteous and ensured a pleasant stay. Benefit is that it is close to the airport and that was the purpose of my stay. A cab will take 30-45 minutes if you plan to do sight seeing in main parts of town

Of the 2 rooms, one wasn’t clean. The staff was unhelpful and didn’t know basics of the property. No WiFi either which added to the annoyance. The only saving grace is that they were upfront and honest about not knowing anything. Hope the management gains their bearings sooner rather than later. As of now, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

My experience with property is pretty bad since the check-in process. They couldn’t even find my reservation. Next room is not worth of the money i paid. Service is horrible, elevators dont work. The wait time elevators is very high. Requested additional towel, never delivered to room. Horrible experience until checkout. Told check out waited fir porter for 15 mins, never showed, i dragged all my bags. Checkout is another horrible story. Never ever i will stay here or recommend anyone.

Not really 4 star hotel

I paid $80 for one night and thought it’s a 4 star hotel. The service is okay. I received 3 to 5 calls after my checkout. As an overseas visitor I don’t have local number.

Booking, reception, stay and departure were good Maybe it was reduced staff, but the room's fllir and the shower areas were not clean. All the amenities were in order abd worked well

Don't stay here if you plan on sleeping. I've booked this hotel on a stop over for a single night. The reviews were good but trust me, the reviews are wrong. The hotel has a giant reception hall at the lobby and if they booked a wedding that night, please forget about sleeping well. The entire hotel will shake and rattle from the loud music and drum groups. I don't blame the couple of course. They have booked a place to celebrate and they should do so with full force. I do blame the hotel, for not taking care of sound isolation. When I checked in I've asked for the top floor so I can get some zees, and the reception promised me the sound does not sip into the hotel floors. That was a lie. I'm not a light sleeper and I even had ear plugs that night, but I couldn't sleep.

This place charges you way more on site than what you book on expedia. They just added extra fees when we reached there. They have some strange 'policy' of charging 50% extra for 2 people in one room! They didn't even have the curtesy of letting us speak to their manager when we asked about this policy that was not mentioned anywhere in the booking.

Its not 5kms from the airport as advertised... it was an ok hotel.. good for functions mayne not for holiday travellers... they were not accomodating for late check out options..
