Welcome! Enjoy your stay at our spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath open floor plan home. Fully equipped modern kitchen, with dishwasher. Large open living and dining room area with sliding doors going out to a large outdoor deck, gas grill, fenced in backyard, garage, and driveway. Master bedroom is one Queen sized bed and TV, second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a pull out Queen sleeper couch in the living room. All furniture is brand new recently purchased. Washer and dryer are located in basement. Central A/C, WiFi, TV in living room. Newly renovated bathroom with large walk in shower, also there is an outdoor shower. Property is a short drive to Hyannis Center, Restaurants, Shopping, Ferries to Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket, Kennedy Memorial, and Beaches.

This was a wonderful experience! The location was perfect - just down the street from family and anything we wanted to do in the Mid-Cape area. The house was comfortable and clean and the bonus was the ability to use the garage! It was great especially given the cold weather and snow! We will definitely stay again and would recommend this property!

Perfect location

The house was super cute and had everything we needed and was a great location. A 5 min drive to a beautiful beach and centrally located on the cape. I can't say enough about Lisa the host. She literally responded to any and all questions I had within minutes. She was genuinely concerned that we had a great stay which we did. We definitely plan on staying there again.

Charming Cape Cod home

Staying at this charming house has convinced me and my wife to come visit Cape Cod again and bring some of our other family members. Family Vaca

This was our family's second time in this beautiful, clean home. The house is so convenient for our family ages 13, 5, 18months. The kitchen was equipped with the pots, pans and utensils for cooking, the backyard is fenced in, and the house is located close to the beach, and shops. The communication is wonderful with Lisa, she was in contact with me the day before, and day of arrival. We would love to stay here again.

Wedding Week

This property was the perfect place to stay for the week of our sons beach wedding. Close to so much and a perfect mid point for all of our venues. An easy drive to the beach, shopping and downtown. We even had to go to the hospital which was a quick drive. Lisa is a great host working with us and answering my so many questions. The house was clean, had great hot water, washer/dryer and very cozy. We relaxed on the deck and enjoyed visiting with company. I would recommend this home for your rental needs! Thank you Lisa

A lovely little Cape Cod retreat

We are visiting from Northern England and have been enjoying an amazing holiday in New England. We have enjoyed a great few days at the property. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed, except for a kettle and teapot. This is just a light hearted remark, in all the properties we rented on this trip, no-one caters for our English need for a good cup of tea! We were even lucky to be able to sit out in the garden during late September. The property was in a very good location; it was easy to access everything that Cape Cod has to offer.Thank you Lisa.
