Great Comfortable Private Studio

Our space is a newly renovated private studio suite on the second floor. This space could hold two people comfortably but we do offer a inflatable twin bed if you are traveling with a child. The bedroom has a queen size bed and 42 inch flat screen TV, with included netflix, hulu, amazon videos, paramount, peakcock and apple tv with high speed internet. Extra towel and linens can be found in the bedroom closet. The bedroom has an split AC unit and a ceiling fan. We have also provided a white noise machine in the your unit. The Room has a lock on the door for privacy as does the bathroom. In the bathroom vanity you can find a first aids kit for any emergencies. There is also a small kitchen with some basic supplies coffee maker with complementary coffee, toaster, microwave, sandwich maker, full size fridge, sink, pots and pans, plates, cutlery, glasses and a small four chair table to enjoy your meals. In the kitchen clset we have placed a variety of boardgame for your enjoyment along with a beach kit which included two beach chairs, cooler, beach blanket, and umbrella. The front door entrance will only be used by the guest to ensure your privacy. Your sudio (In law apartment) is attached the main house where we live with our dogs Molly (English bulldog), Smokey (frenchie) and our daugther Rose. We’re pretty quite but you might hear us cooking in the kitchen or talking. The door that connected to the main house is always locked during guests stay, that is to say we will not enter your space without advance notice (unless you need something from us) or in case of an emergency. PLEASE NOTE CHECK IN IS AT 4:00 PM, AN EARLY CHECH IN FEE WILL BE APPLIED IF ARRIVED EARLY WITHOUT NOTICE CHECK OUT IS AT 10:00 am

Great Location, Super Clean, Great Getaway!

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a weekend and it was absolutely wonderful! Super clean and has everything you need (cookware, towels, sheets, tv, internet). I highly recommend staying here, the couple is so sweet and answers any questions you may have very quickly! Only 30 min to Chatham, 5 min to beach and so many fun restaurants, bars, mini golf in short distance as well. I had a great time! :)

Great location and price performer. We were very comfortable with the ammeneties- the bed, the AC, the towels. Everything was great. We really enjoyed biking to the beach!

Seniors

Steps going up and down could be challenging for seniors, especially if you have heavy luggage. Space was great but the steps were in between the bedroom and the kitchen without any railing or door. Very convenient location to all ferries and activities. Try Mac’s in Chatham for lobster and seafood.

Home Away From Home - Hyannis

My partner and I had such an enjoyable time staying at this property this past August. The host provided exceptional hospitality, even leaving a local bottle of wine and a ‘welcome’ card upon our arrival. The host was also always available if we had any questions or issues. I would highly recommend this property for future stays, especially for one or two people. The accommodations were quaint and very clean, and the host provided many of the necessities you’d expect while being on vacation. Such as plenty of linens, towels, kitchen appliances and supplies. Even beach chairs, umbrella and board games. Another great aspect of this property is its proximity to everywhere you’d like go in the Cape. Everything is less than an hours drive and easy to get to. This property is a real gem and I look forward to staying again in the future.

We were very pleased with our visit. Since we are seniors we found the stairs leading up to our apt a bit steep and only one railing on the stairs. Other than that one concern all was great.
