The staff was extremely friendly and the room was huge!! I didn’t expect so much space which was lovely. My only complaint was that it could have been cleaned better. The were quite dirty and floor needs a proper cleaning not just a sweep.

Easy check in (we arrived at past 10pm) and check out. Staff at restaurant were courteous and helpful, and mindful of cleanliness of the restaurant, amenities is basic and minimal. The only downside is the cleanliness of the bathroom. You can see molds and even around the tap rim. The housekeeping in this area is quite poor. But beds and linen are crisp and clean. Good quality of bed and pillows. The hotel generally needs a good skilled repair and maintenance. The location is quite good if you are after a local Korean sites, not touristy.
