The property was great and the location was even better. It’s steps away from getting off the boat. It’s also next to all the best restaurants, bars, coffee shops (Kava) and things to do in Hvar. Sanja was also amazing and super helpful with everything. We look forward to coming back.

Sanja, our host, was AWESOME. She is super personable and was so welcoming when we arrived. She even ensured our place was ready ahead of regular check-in time. The best feature about this place is that it’s literally off of a “walking street” that makes it feel like we were locals. The place itself is very comfortable and spacious. It has anything you need and more. If you’re looking for a place that makes you feel at home abroad, this is a great place!

Great location, however the property description does not reflect what’s actually provided. Sound proof? Could hear the people upstairs snoring, every step, etc. Lounge & bedroom smelled of urine (probably a prior guests dog?). Nice apartment, great location, but definitely not ‘luxury’.

The best location in HVAR. Everything is walkable... all the good coffee shops, restaurants and bars are one street away. Queen Sanja of HVAR is the very best host!

My husband and I stayed at Heraclea for our honeymoon and Sanja was our main contact. She was WONDERFUL. She was able to accomodate our early check-in, she was great with communication, she provided us ALL the information we needed to have an amazing stay (restaurant suggestions, tour suggestions, etc.), and she was just a very kind person. The room was in the perfect location. It was a 5 minute walk to just about everything. The space was big, had air conditioning, had all the amenities to make your own meals, and it was very comfortable. I would recommend this accomodation to anyone and everyone who wants to visit Hvar. And... if you're a big coffee drinker, the BEST coffee I've ever had is a few doors down.

Design Apartment, Partial Sea View

We stayed in Design Apartment, Partial Sea View at Heraclea and loved it. It is 3 minutes walk from the ferry and Biljana was there to meet us on arrival. Check-in was quick and easy. The apartment is really clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The shower in the apartment is really strong. One thing that we did not realise was that there is no window in the bedroom. It didn't matter as there is plenty of lights so it's bright and the front door and windows at the front allow in natural light. The apartment is ground floor and has a table and chairs that you can put outside on the street and have coffee while watching the sea and the people go by. The apartment is really well located, it is one set of steps up from the waterfront and there are loads of restaurants, cafes and bars really close by. Biljana is great and will answer any questions you have and is friendly and welcoming.

Biljana went above and beyond to take care of our every need during our short stay in Hvar. The apartment was fully equipped and beautifully decorated. So close to the sea and the old town - and the ferries! - the location was excellent. But it was the incredible kindness and hosting of Biljana that really made this experience uniquely incredible. Would absolutely recommend this apartment or any of the other listed Heraclea apartments.
