  • Inspiring and comfortable , homey place in the city of Hvar, situated 6 min away from the main square and 3 min from the closest beach. A house designed with a relaxed, casual-elegant vibe and one-of-a-kind ambience. Picture yourself unwinding in a cozy haven with breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea – a view that will leave you utterly captivated....

    The space:
    Charming house with a stunning view from every room, consists of 2 floors with total space of 150 m2 . This home offers accommodation for 6 guests, making it perfect for families, friends or couples traveling together.

    Guest access

    On the main floor, there is an open concept living/ dining room which is a casual and comfortable place for you to relax and call home. Of course, there's the terrace - a great place to chill and watch the sun set. The kitchen is stocked with all the comforts of home so you'll have everything you need. There are 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, each having a balcony with a sea-view, and 2 bathrooms. You can also enjoy the garden, especially during fig harvesting season. The backyard is equipped with an outdoor grill-barbecue. The house is fully furnished with all modern amenities and all the rooms are air-conditioned. Private fenced parking available.

    We will greet guests upon arrival and present our home details and after that enable you to start enjoying your stay. We do not live on the property, but our guests can contact us at any time during their stay. We are 'phone call' away and ready and willing to help at any time...

Our stay in Hvar was exceptional from start to finish, largely thanks to our host, Dubravko, and his wife, who were incredible hosts.Warm Welcome & Support: Dubravko met us right at the pier as we got off the ferry and helped get us checked in smoothly. To top off their wonderful hospitality, they provided wine for us to enjoy during our stay and gave us thoughtful gifts when we departed.Accommodations & Comfort: The house was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated throughout. The bedrooms were very comfortable, making it easy to relax after exploring the island.Prime Location & Views: The location was ideal—situated right above the Riva and within easy walking distance of a local grocery store. The outside balconies offered fantastic views of the town.Memorable Experience: Cooking dinner outside using the wood BBQ was a major highlight of our trip.This was a fantastic home base in Hvar, and we would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent Host - Amazing Views - Great Location

Excellent Host - Amazing Views - Great Location Also - Spacious, Clean, Great AC! What more do you need? Everything is here. Couldn't ask for more! We loved our stay and the hosts made our time in Hvar even more special and memorable! Communication was beyond what was expected. They went out of their way time after time, and they were so happy to help. We highly recommend this home and the hosts, and hope we can stay again in the future!

Amazing host with a lovely property

Spacious property with lovely sea views. Short walk from the beach and town centre. The hosts were amazing and extremely helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
