The cottage was wonderfully equipped with everything we needed and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. We settled right in. My teenager loved the loft and having the cool windows. Iceland is a long way from home for us but we would come back in a heartbeat."

"We so enjoyed staying in this lovely house! We visited in August and were very lucky with the weather, so were able to take advantage of the large deck and its amazing views. We traveled with another couple, and the house was a perfect size for the four of us. There are two very comfortable bedrooms (with amazing views), a cozy living area and kitchen/dining area that are all one space, and a little study off the living area. "We had a total of 12 people in our group and this property setup was perfect. People ages 8 months to 65 years. Location was great for exploring Snaefellness but not too far away from Reykjavik to discourage golden circle activities. Road is pretty easy to find, don’t need 4x4 but take it slow. Need cell phone access for getting to the property. We got to see northern lights while there so that was nice. Absolutely recommend staying here"

"From the booking process to planning questions, check-in and check-out, the host was superb and very timely. The house was perfect for three adults. The kitchen was great for cooking and had lots of staples and equipment. We did not use the hot tub but that and the outdoor shower are great amenities. The view from the house is spectacular and I highly recommend staying here. We'd love to go back!"
