The location of this property is great! Just far enough away from the busyness of town, but close enough to get to main parts of town within a couple minutes. The host was great to communicate with.

Served the purpose

We stayed in Hutchinson to visit the cemeteries where our parents have been laid to rest. The Vrbo was sufficient for our needs.

Nice stop

The property was very suitable for what we needed. I was a little bummed as check in was at 4 and at 4:45 (as we were running behind) the owner said they had cut a whole in the floor as they were having sewage issues. At this point we had to still stay. Luckily it was nothing major but I was disappointed in the lack of response before our stay began. Instruations for check in were also very delayed as well.

We enjoyed our stay in this house. It sits on a large lot which made it feel secluded from the neighborhood and we really liked that.

Overall not a great experience

Check in time was 4 pm and had to check out at 10 am, no info on where to find password for internet, and couldn’t find remotes. My wife had to get down on the floor and get remote from under couch. Wasn’t told check out time until 830 am but didn’t see until 9 am so wasn’t able to clear beds. House was nice and big back yard
