"Dirty room , no cold water to mix with hot water for the kids baths, no soap in the room , phone didn’t work to call for anything I had to go to the desk to complain about not being able to bathe my kids after the water park, asked to move rooms and the 2nd room was a downgrade, the toilet ran and flushed by itself all night It was hot and uncomfortable the AC didn’t work We usually go to the GWL in LA California and it’s amazing, this one in Texas is run down and the staff didn’t help at all , we paid full price for our stay and they didn’t offer anything besides a late check out "
