Well equipped apartment in Hurghada

The Florenza Khamsin Resort is a unique luxury real estate project in Hurghada, Egypt.

The very well equipped apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment, consisting of a bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, large shower / WC and a large balcony, leaves nothing to be desired. The couch in the living room offers two more person more than enough space. The air conditioning in the apartment, is provided for a pleasant indoor climate and enough fresh air!
Towels and bed linen are provided.
The kitchen, consisting of a kitchenette and is very well equipped.

Other important information

The resulting electricity and water costs must be paid in addition.
The electricity and water meter will be read at key collection and a deposit agreed, depending on the stay.
Final reading and payment will be made upon return of the keys. 1kwh = 1.45 Egyptian pounds, water: 1 ton = 35 Egyptian pounds, counter in the apartment
For the final cleaning a fee of 25 € will be charged.

The transfer from the airport to the apartment can be organized on request at the local rate.

Binational couples (one is Egyptian) are welcome. But must be able to show at least one Orfi contract. Without Orfi contract the overnight stay with an Egyptian in one of our apartments is not permitted (acc. Law in Egypt).

Please note that the bookings are always by night and not by day!
Therefore, a check in should always start at 2 pm and a check out should take place at the latest until 10 am - 12 noon.
If your check-in and check-out times differ, please book 1 night longer!
So that we can guarantee you a smooth process.
