1- the hotel and rooms are clean
2-reception was cooperative
3-the hotel was built correctly all things are ideal
4- staff are cooperative mostly
5-pool is accepted
6- the beach really is the best

the disadvantages are
1-food is little and not variable so only one and two types of food
2- water and drinks are on demand and my advice is to repeat your request and go to restaurant early. briefly they prepare limited amounts
3- no fruits
4- bad animation you can say hazy animation
5-bad TV channels
6- no bar in the reception
7-no free wi fi even in the reception -
في المجمل إقامة جيدة من حيث محاولة العاملين توفير سبل الراحة أو الاهتمام بالنظافة أو العمل علي حل اي مشكلة الا ان مستوي الأطعمة يجب إعادة النظر من حيث جودة بعض الأصناف والعمل علي إضافة اصناف اخري لزيادة مساحة الاختيار الا أنة في الإجمالي جيد بالمقارنة بالسعر مع الأخذ في الاعتبار عدم اكتمال نسبة التشغيل بالنسبة التي تعطي المسؤلين اضافات اكثر من ذلك في النهاية فالمطلوب تجويد اكثر فيما يتم تقديمة بالنسبة للطعام.هذا من جهة ومن جهة اخرى يرجى من المسؤلين توفير جهاز رش للتخلص من الناموس ليلا حيث الجليدي بالحديقة أو الكافيتريا في وجود هذا الناموس يحول الليلة الي حكة للجلد بصفة الاستمرار.
Hotel hat sich im Vergleich der letzten Jahre ganz leicht verbessert, auch weil keine russischen Gäste mehr zu sehen waren.
Personal ist bemüht, kann aber die vermehrt auftretenden, teilweise altersbedingten Mängel nicht vollständig kompensieren.
Nur wenige Gäste vorhanden. Für Taucher, die mit Ducks tauchen und hotelbezogen keine großen Ansprüche stellen, noch einigermaßen akzeptabel.

Nice clean good food nice services the front desk nice people and helpful friendly every thing is nice for that price the only problem there is no connection between the rooms and the front desk. The hotel’s telephones doesn’t work . The WiFi very weak and you have to pay money to get it

Lage des Hotels super. Zimmer in Ordnung. Essen immer das gleiche und die Auswahl nicht genügend.
Die Tischdecken immer schmutzig und das Geschirr auch nicht immer sauber. Die jungen Kellner sehr schlampig. An der Reception wird abgezockt, wo nur möglich. Wir hatten keine Reiseleitung und wollten die Ausflüge direkt bei der Reception buchen. Aber leider doppelt so teuer, wie vor dem Hotel.
First of all, this hotel is not in Hurghada, despite the address. It is an hour's ride, which can be very expensive. The hotel does not provide transport from the airport, and the taxi driver tried to charge me 200 euros. The hotel itself is a nice facility and a lot of natural beauty along with the facility itself. It does seem to be getting a bit run-down; we had one morning without running water and the buildings are starting to show age. It is very difficult to get drinkable water; the staff is reluctant to provide it. Staff is generally unhelpful.
this hotel is a 4 star going on 2 star and is very tired and run down it requires money spent on it to bring it up to standard the facilities were not as advertised only 1 beach bar no pool bar, the room was basic and the bathroom had a very small shower with a dirty shower curtain.
hamburgers were for lunch each day no variety, the food in the main (1) dining room was ok with some variety. some days no wine at all. the staff were helpful but not too friendly,the (1) bar opened at 4pm (usually at 5 or 6) and was meant to be all inclusive until 8pm however if you asked for a drink between 4-8 you were told to pay for it. so few facilities because few guests. asked for some English speaking tv but told did not want to upset the Germans or the Russians or the Egyptians. so we paid peanuts and got the probverb peanuts. Safaga is falling on its feet with the economic problem and this hotel proved the point. shame really because the pool and beach were lovely and good snorkling.wifi was meant to be free in the lounge area but no they charged..good sized bed and clean.hotel.com are advertising this hotel all wrong.

The stay couldnt have been any WORSE.
We booked this hotel as a last minute 2 day break for my birthday, a group of 12 of us in total. And thankfully we had good company and lots of us
The photos on the website are NOT what this hotel looks like in the slightest.
We arrived at 10am. We were not allowed to use any facilities, restarants or bars until 12pm and not allowed to check in unless you are able to provide paperwork. The staff on reception was very rude about this.
The staff were mainly very kind. Its a shame that every single one of them was miserable in their jobs and constantly looking over their shoulders to ensure that management wasnt there ready to "shout at them". Every staff member wasnt afraid to tell us how poor the management was and hoe strict they were to the stage the poor pool guy wasnt allowed to serve us more than one drink at a time!!!
The bars unfortunately do not give you any sort of plastic cup or glass but instead give you children plastic party cups.
Animation tried so hard but again having spoke to them...management REFUSE to buy them resources so therefore no evening entertainment and minimal daytime. Very very friendly animation team and i hope that they receive new jobs soon!
The all inclusive bar shuts at 11pm.... so if you want a late night then bring your own alcohol.
On departure we requested to speak to a manager who refused to see us and provide an email for us to complain to!!!

La struttura è fatiscente, le foto che ci sono su expedia sono di quando ha aperto, adesso cade a pezzi, penso che siano anni che non viene fatta la manutenzione.
E' frequentato principalmente da gente del posto e pochi sventurati come noi dall'estero, per lo più tedeschi, cechi, ucraini.
La pulizia è una parola che non credo conoscano.
Il menù è tutt'altro che internazionale e comunque ci vuole molto coraggio per mangiare nel ristorante.
Il servizio all inclusive è limitato solo ad alcuni orari.
Il wifi non è disponibile. Ed gli impiegati alla reception tentano di venderti una sim vodafone con 2 GB di dati a 10€ quando andando al centro vodafone al centro commerciale senzomall di hurgada le potete prendere da 8Gb a 130 lire egiziane circa 6,5€
I telefoni nelle camere sono muti, se si ha bisogno di qualcosa bisogna andare per forza alla reception.
Le camere se vengono rifatte, è capitato di rientrare la sera e trovare la camera da rifare, vengono comunque rifatte senza un orario bene preciso, a volte si presentavano alle 10:30 a volte alle 14 e comunque non vengono pulite come si deve, viene data una spazzata e una passata di straccio nell'ingresso o poco più, le lenzuola in 13 giorni non sono mai state cambiate, gli asciugamani ed il tappeto del bagno a volte non vengono rimessi e neanche la carta igenica e lo shampoo e il gel doccia, più volte sono dovuto andare alla reception a chiedere di averli velocemente.

Bad experience
Firstly i booked the hotel online and paid in advance , and when i went to the hotel they said that they can't confirm the booking and i had to call anyone from Expedia which where i made my reservation, or i have to pay again or they will not allow me to use the room
After 1 hour of negotiations i took the room
The room is fairly good but with poor supplies like shampoos and shower gel
And after that was my experience with the restaurant, my booking was all inclusive, so when i went to the restaurant there where a few selections and very poor drinks bar
The hotel has no activities to do
The next day i went to the beach at 6 AM, there was no one from the hotel on the beach or to serve a towel
The first 1 i saw from the hotel staff was at 6:30 AM
The sunrise is at 4:45 AM, so 6 AM is not that early
The only reason i give this hotel 2 stars, because of its value
