We expected more from an all-inclusive resort.
Expedia had on the check-in instructions that we should check in at Jazz Blue Marine even though our stay was at Jazz Aqua Marine, but we were told otherwise when we arrived. Nonetheless, the staff at reception sorted us out, and we were very well welcomed.
Even though we went all-inclusive, we were informed at check-in that we could only use the two buffet restaurants throughout our stay, and we would have to book any of the other 5 available restaurants, and could only use these twice. When we tried to book it the day after our arrival, we were very disappointed to learn that only one of them had availability for the next 4 days, and even more disappointed as it wasn't one of our preferred options in the first place. Nonetheless, both of the main buffet restaurants were great, with loads of different options, all of which very tasty and fresh.
The bedrooms are alright, fairly sized with a nice balcony, even though the floor didn't seem to be properly vacuumed. In any case, the housekeeping staff cleaned and tidied up every day, which was nice. There isn't a Smart TV in the bedrooms and the Wi-Fi was terrible (worse than a 3G connection), which is unacceptable in a resort of this size.
The beach is disappointing as the sea level is not suitable for swimming as it is set up for sea sports only.
The resort is ideal for families with kids as there are plenty of activities for them.
All staff is very helpful and friendly.
