"The free breakfast was decent. Hot eggs, bacon, turkey sausage. Can make your own waffles. Bagels, yogurt, etc. The food was fine for what it is. The room was clean. Our first room had a nonfunctional A/C unit. We switched and the other room had no issues. Did not use other parts of hotel. Good location. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance."

"We really like this property. Right next to a small pond, surrounded by trees, very convenient to the freeway and to a Greenway to walk or run in the morning, across from Aldi and food options. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices, room was great and on the back of the hotel and sides it overlooks trees or a pond. We did not notice any noise from the highway. Great hotel."

"This is not our first visit to 21c museum hotel. Always greeted by every staff member with a smile and an offer to assist. Room was very clean and well stocked. We were there for a quick visit - a concert and dinner. Excellent location near DPAC and many restaurants."

"My 87 year old Mama, who mobilizes in wheelchair and I stayed the night before an early morning surgery. Jenelle greeted and checked me in. Then she gave true Southern hospitality by assisting my mom out of the car, into her wheelchair and pushed her to our room while I handled bags. My Mama had been anxious about the surgery and was very tired after our hour long drive to Durham. Jenelle's kindness made her feel welcomed and helped calm her nerves. Her positive, happy attention was the highlight of our stay! Other staff we encountered were also courteous and helpful. The room itself was comfortable but could use the kind of cleaning only an update can effect. We were very grateful to have the room for the night."
