The Butler (Johnson) was extra helpful as i'm a foreigner and he was able to see to my needs anytime.

Our second stay at this Urcove location! Positive experience again and this time we had breakfast included with our stay.
Great location, walking distance to Jingan with many great food options. Close to subway, and room feels new and clean. Service and breakfast options are good.
Only thing is while it’s a smoke free hotel, guests still smoke in their rooms and it travels to our room through the vents. Both stays this occurred which is unfortunate. But something quite common in most hotels in China probably.
