Absolutely wonderful stay! Nothing was forgotten when designing this hotel. Made for our 3 night stay very comfortable. The one and only issue i had was the pool was not open yet. Not a huge deal, but double check before you make your reservations. We will definitely be back!

No ice. They have ice makers in the room and thats so convenient, but it didn't make ice. Instead of bringing us ice the front desk pesron came to take a picture of the empty ice maker. It was very frustrating and could have easily been remedied with some ice. It was handeled very unprofessionally. We will not stay at another Wyndham facility.

It’s Very nice overnight stay . The shower was a highlight upscale showerhead and having a full kitchen access was a bonus . Love the newness of it all . Will stay here again in the future .

The place is very clean with very friendly staff. The staff was outstanding and very helpful when I arrived. The room was extremely clean and no bad odors. I would definitely stay at this location when I return to Huntsville.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating to any needs. There is a Walmart across the street. The room was clean and well stocked for the stay. A stackable washer and dryer in the room made it even better. I enjoyed my stay

This hotel is exactly as it says, new. Rooms are clean, full kitchen and small chaise/couch in my room. It was big enough for two people, no more than that. I had a room with the king bed. Hotel lobby was nice and they have some snacks you can purchase. Walmart, Target, Five Below, Big Lots and more literally one or two lights. Mall with P.F. Chang’s and Cheesecake Factory one exit away. Check in needs work. When I walked in, there was no one at the counter and I waited about 10 minutes. Two hotel team members came eventually. Katelyn waited on me. The other lady said NOTHING to greet me. They need a bell or keep a staff member at the desk. Otherwise, no complaints about my stay. I would probably stay again as long as the hotel does not go downhill.

We arrived at 6 pm. Janet the manager noted she needed to be sure the room was clean and excused herself from the front desk between 15-20 minutes. Upon her return, she gave us key cards and checked us in. The room was dirty, food on the floor, towels in the dryer, dirty shower and more..but that bed was made sloppy lol. She got us in another room and told us in another room and told us she would comp the room, although we did not ask. We did not get our room comped nor a phone call back from Janet. Sad- this really is a great place but bad housekeeping and management/staff.

Stephanie,I'm sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. Janet, the manager, was out of town when you stayed so she would not have been able to check you in. Based on your review, you had an issue when you arrived, the hotel immediately resolved the issue, and you spent the night at the hotel. As the issue was immediately resolved, and you chose to spend the night at the hotel your room would not be comped.

It was nice being in a brand new place, so everything was new and shiny. BUT, no one manned the desk or the emergency lobby phone at 2pm-2:15pm, check in 3pm. Apparently the front desk person was helping to clean rooms. ? The washing machine or dryer shredded our socks. Interstate noise was expected, but I could hear footsteps of the person above us and the shower running from our neighbor. Price was right, but would not return.

I enjoyed my stay, at the WaterWalk hotel. The area around the hotel was quiet, and there were a variety of dining, and shopping options near by. I will definitely visit again!

Property is very new, just opened two months. Room has everything you need and then some. Staff are wonderful and helpful. Hopefully they keep this property at its level.

The property is new, rooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious. Our room had a full kitchen, a washer & dryer and plenty of storage. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was great, near restaurants, shopping and the highway. Parking was free and easy. The only negative was that the ice maker did not work.

Nice place.
This hotel seems to be very new. We were upgrade to a balcony suite which was nice but we didn't use it. It's next to a highway so it was noisy until about 9 pm and then again at 6 am. The unit was great if you had to stay a while because there was a mini kitchen with regular fridge/freezer, coffee maker, sink, cooking burners and a stackable washer dryer. There was even a little closet for your stuff. We were only there 1 night so it was overkill for us but a great price. Nice outside fire pit area with chairs. Close to lots of stuff including grocery, REI, golf driving range, stores and food. Pillows were very soft and bed was a little hard. Towels were big and fluffy!

Everythings fine. Wonderful room with kitchen, washer and dryer. Absolutly clean, frindly staff and parking included. The price was also ok. Near to Walmart Supercenter and some restaurants. If i ever come back, i will surely stay here. Thanks a lot
