"Staff unable to provide a room key due to computer problem. Bedside light and phone charging device out of order. Staff was very nice and deserves better support from management. Parking OK."

"I needed a room in a pinch after the hotel id originally booked canceled my room. The front desk person made sure i was able to check in seamlessly. The Ramada gets my vote! They have free breakfast with a good selection, and i have no complaints. The room was tidy, and the bathroom was stocked with more towels than i could shake a stick at. Location is safe, not sketchy. I would definitely recommend this hotel, my experience was very pleasant. "

"This hotel was in serious need of revision . It represents Long Island badly ! I was extremely dissatisfied in the loss in quality of the physical space ie hallways, doors, walls . I am a professional person and my stay here felt as if o spent the night in cell block 13 . The lighting was poor , it was dark and gloomy . Old refrigerator and heating A/C unit were loud and kept me awake . There was clearly the scent of lingering cigerette smoking in the room . I asked if there was a second floor in a different part of the hotel , I was told no , however there was a second floor . All around the quality of this ‘hotel’ was that of a 1 star motel. Truly awful !"

"Upon entering my reserved room, I was met with a cigarette odor, very unpleasant. Room key gave difficulty resulting in having to ask staff to reprogram the key several times. "
