"The house is very cute, larger than we expected - which is fine, definitely can easily a group of 4 to 6. Check in is a breeze, check out is easy. The location is great fro exploring the Copper Harbor peninsula (not sure iof the peninsula has an actual name, my partner and I just use Copper Harbor as the main reference point.). We stayed in Eagle River last year, but this location is much more to our liking. There's a lighthouse around one corner, and a breakfast spot around the other corner - nothing fancy, but food and coffee were good. And Fitzgerald's Hotel and Restourant is just a 15 minute drive (Fitzgerald's restaurant is a must for at least one meal while up in the area. Just make sure to make reservations.)Overal a great stay, and we may very well try to book the house around the same time - give a week or two - next year!"

There were some cleaning issues but the host was very responsive to our concerns and I feel this will be addressed appropriately prior to the next rental. "Great cabin. Well stocked with everything we needed. The washer/dryer attached to the cabin for the cleaners was being used during our stay and it was obnoxiously loud. Sounded like uneven loads in the washing machine. Thankfully we were hiking during the day. The location next to the lighthouse was wonderful."
