"The layout of the home was exceptional for the dinner party we held in honor of my mother's 80th birthday. There was enough room to set up additional tables for a sit down dinner and the family room was large enough for 22 people sit around comfortably to watch the iMovie i made highlighting our family memories. The grandkids loved the game room with all of its activities. And for those who were lodging, the jacuzzi was an enjoyable landing at the end of our busy days. We would definitely book this residence again in the future! "

"The house was not clean nor in proper condition to be rented. The house was rather run down but most concerning was the mold covering the bathroom ceiling. The house rules also state that there is an additional charge for each door and window left unlocked upon departure. When I arrived I checked all the windows and found 5 of them unlocked. If I had not check so closely, would I have been charged? "
