"We had such a great stay twice. On our way to and from west TX. I love Kerrville and this did not disappoint. The property is immaculate, comfortable and beautiful. Plus, we got a stunning lightning bug show from the live oaks while we sat on the porch. The property has everything you need and is built exceptionally well. We stayed with our 6 month old daughter and had a wonderful time. This gorgeous cottage is now our go to place to stay when we stop in Kerrville. "

"My husband and I stayed at this charming little house for a weekend getaway, and we absolutely loved it! We visited the Empty Cross and had a great time watching the birds and taking in the natural beauty. The location is perfect—close enough to Fredericksburg for a day trip. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was perfectly brewed. We’ll definitely be coming back. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming."

"Nice older facility. Staff very accommodating. Convenient location. The door cards kept losing their ability to open the doors but the staff is aware of this issue and recharges the cards without a lengthy explanation. Pool is wonderful and Restaurant was good. "
