"Booked for a week encompassing the wine festival in Bernkastel-Kues and as a base for cycling along the Moselle river. The apartment was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and very helpful. Good walks nearby through the vineyards were well signposted. There was garage storage for our bikes and bike rack and the apartment had everything we needed. There were wine tasting opportunities and a wine Geocaching walk available. "We had a very nice room on the second floor that had river and the castle view. The hotel is modern and seemed recently renovated. Everything is clean and staff are nice and helpful. It is not in the town center, but just 2-3 minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Parking is available at the back of the hotel for a small fee. The only drawback is that it had no air conditioning. Even then, I still love the hotel"

Our room was quite spacious and offered a lovely view of the vineyards that line the hillside on either side of the river. We will definitely be back as it is a lovely place, especially with children."
